We offer three licensing arrangements that determine how you may access, acquire and use materials downloaded from the site: Standard, Exclusive or Editorial. All licences are covered by an End-User Lisence Agreement (EULA). Please read the Licensing section for further information, by using this site and purchasing images you are agreeing to the EULA, Terms of Use and any other conditions posted on this website.
To purchase images and use special features on the site, such as the Lightbox, Email to a Friend and to also receive updates as new images are posted, you will need to create a subscriber account. We do not share your information with any other party - please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
The Lightbox is used to create a photo 'shortlist' of all the photos that you like, excluding those that you don't like so you can make a better decision about purchases. To create a Lightbox, you must have a subscriber account.
Once you have logged in click on 'My Lightbox' on the left hand menu under 'Options'. Type in the name you would like for your Lightbox and click 'Go' to create it. Select the Lightbox you have created, and then browse the website and click on the small '+' button beneath each photo you want to add to your Lightbox. If you want to remove it, click the '-' button. To view your Lightbox, click on 'My Lightbox' again and scroll down. If you want to email your Lightbox, there are also options in this area.
Yes. We add images as they are taken. Visit Newest Images to see the latest images that we have posted. If you subscribe, we'll also email you updates.
All Schuster Images images are in JPG format.
You can find size information under each image when viewing details. The large or print quality images are 300dpi. The images for web use are 72dpi.
Yes! Please do, we may be working on a related assignment or be processing images that match. We're always adding to our list of "photos to take". Please contact us and tell us what you are specifically looking for.

You should read the specific release information for each image. Generally, if the person in the image is easily identifiable a Model Release is available. Specific details are provided with each image. Models have agreed to their image being available for use in any form within the parameters of the End User Licence Agreement.
No, to make it easier for you we do not charge or pay talent fees.
We accept payment by credit card (Visa and MasterCard), PayPal and by cheque. We use PayPal to facilitate payments by credit card but you do not need a PayPal account to make a purchase. When paying by cheque, we will not release the goods until the cheque has cleared. Unfortunately we do not at this point accept American Express.
Once your purchase is made we can not offer a refund. The reason for this policy is because we offer full access to our entire digital collection of photos and, as such, there is no way for our products to be returned. On a rare occasion we will make exceptions on a case by case basis.
